OMNIlife science Senior Finance Manager
OMNIlife science is dedicated to the design, manufacture and distribution of high quality medical devices developed specifically for the orthopedic segment of healthcare. We currently have an opening for a Senior Finance Manager reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organize the planning process and prepare the annual operating plan and long term strategic plan for multiple operating entities
- Develop modeling capabilities to forecast the business based on actual performance and changing business conditions
- • Establish management reporting that provides for trend analysis, performance vs. plan and a focus on the key operating metrics
- • Work closely with Sales and Manufacturing to develop projections that will drive manufacturing activities. Monitor actual results and modify projections to help manage investment levels
- Organize monthly closing process to deliver timely financial information to senior management and Board of Directors
- Coordinate and manage the consolidation of multiple operating entities
- Play a key role in the implementation of an integrated ERP system
- Assist CFO with various projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA preferred
- Advanced skills with Excel and proficient with other Office applications
- Experience with ERP system selection and implementation
- Proven leadership skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills
